· My name is Connie Holden, and I am proud to be a Mesa View Elementary Viking! I was born and raised in Grants, and am a proud graduate of the Class of '87 at GHS. Once a Pirate, Always a Pirate! I received a Bachelor's Degree in Education from NMSU-Grants, and my Masters from Eastern New Mexico University. I also have endorsements in TESOL and Educational Technology. This is my 33rd year at Grants Cibola County Schools. I was an Educational Assistant for 17 years before achieving my goal of becoming a teacher
Personally, I have been married for 32 years and have 2 amazing grown children who are 31 and 30 years old, and a wonderful son-in-law. I enjoy reading, crocheting, music, watching TV, and spending time with friends and family.
